There's probably hundreds of threads out there about this, but I couldn't find one exactly to what I'm looking for. I need a specific workout plan. Like good exercises to do, I have access to a gym, Just need to know Good exercises, for example benching, curling, all of that good stuff. Machines or free weights, just trying to add a little bit of weight to me, look better, feel better, and be healthier. Thanks in advance for any advice
these are some of the more common exercises -barbell/dumbell bench press(flat/incline/decline but I would stay away from decline dumbell press because it's pretty sketchy) -dumbell flys -squats (preferably below parallel and also box squats to work glutes/hams) -deadlifts/rack pulls -barbell/dumbell/cable rows -dumbell shoulder press -dips -pullups -lat pulldowns -leg press -calf raises -dumbell front/side lat raises -preacher curls -dumbell hammer curls -tricep cable pushdowns -skullcrushers
If you're looking to get big you should focus on Barbell Benchpress, Deadlifts, and Squatting. There's many other variations/substitutions for them but these are the three main exercises that will work all your muscles. I'm not a professional or anything but this is just what I've learned over the years.
