Working out while getting high

  1. Does working out while your high make u work out more n gain more muscle quickly because you cant feel the pain or anythin.
  2. i think so... i smoke weed before and after i lift did arnold swarchenger(SP?)
  3. Being high will not increase muscle mass. Eating right, lifting, etc will.

    I find if I'm high as I lift, I get tired too quickly. I prefer to get high afterwards, to relax.
  4. I prefer to work out before I smoke. I have more endurance and can get a better workout. What's a little pain? Pain is good; it tells you when you're pushing your limits. Anything that masks that can lead to injury anyways.
  5. Yessssssssss. The pain after the work-out is the fucking best. I love that sore feeling. Smoke right after you've worked out and you'll feel greaaattt.

  8. if your trying to gain muscle i suggest saving smoking for after your work out.

    i mean personally, i get really fatigued really easily when i smoke before i work out.
