Alright up untill about a month ago I was pretty out of shape and lazy. Since then I've started to work out but not really religiously. Maybe twice a week, not much I know. But about 2 or 3 days after I work out I really see a definite change in my arms. Good change, they're lookin a lot nicer now but here is the weird thing. I've asked everybody that I know at least taht works out pretty often if they can see a change in theri bodies after one day of working out. They all laugh and say hell no. I can see little stretch marks on my biceps from where they're getting pretty big. I'm taking no steroids or any kind of muscle builder type shit. Nothing... I duno this is weird shit.
I think your arms are looking bigger because more blood is getting worked in there from stressing your muscles. I know my arms look bulkier and heavier right after lifting.
yupp... i workout 5 times a week, 35 minutes each... and so does my arms... u aint gonna see no DEFINATE changes until atleast a month or two, although u will gain strength.
i gain size pretty quickly also.. but i think if ur biceps havent been used in a while then u work em real hard it will flex and cause the skin to strech.
wait up, so u can get stretch marks from workin out too hard? i thought some people just got em and there aint no helpin it
strech marks come from the muscle expanding... its just like gettin fat your skin strectches to accomodate for the extra diameter.
Well, you wont get noticable and complete muscle gains out of a couple workouts. But, you might notice the muscle expanding the next day, nothing spectacular, but you will feel a difference..
I work out every second day. I do squats, push-ups, chin-ups, and sit-ups until I can't take any more first thing in the morning after getting something to eat. I can notice differences in about a week.
