Working out high?

  1. Same here. When I smoke before I lift I feel like I get a way better work out. Even though I didn't increase any of the weight my muscles were actually sore the next day. I usually don't get sore and after I'm done working out I don't feel like I really did anything. Not the case when I smoke before.
