working out early in the morning?

  1. Think it's a good idea to workout at like 6am? I work at 8am and when I get home I'm usually too tired to work out. I was thinking of working out at 6am then after the work out eating a very light breakfast.

    It jump starts your.metabolism and you'll have more energy during tthe day

    But from the sounds of it you work.over nnight?

    I'd work out before work if that's the case
     
  3. Depends how physically demanding your job is, I usually regret working out before work because I get so god damn tired in the day.
     
  4. I workout before I work usually, because I know I'll be too tired to go to the gym after work.
