Working out and metabolism

  1. I was wondering if any of you guys have noticed any effects of weed on your work outs. Like if it makes you weaker and lowers metabolism and prevents muscle gains?
     
  2. Nope. Zero. I make great gains and dont have any lack of energy. I wouldnt recommend being burnt out and lifting though

    Also a slowed metabolism would only increase gains wouldnt it?
     
  3. Alright thanks man because I've been smoking pot a lot recently and was just wondering because sometimes i feel weak when I go to the gym after the night before getting baked lol
     
  4. I usually don't smoke as much when I'm working out regularly, but in my experience I haven't noticed any affects to my body or work out whether smoking weed or not.
