Workers Comp HELP

    I've been fighting workers comp for over a year now and have degenerative disc disease, mild scoliosis, and a pinched nerve in my lumbar that runs down my left leg. My question is how much will I get or how much should I settle for if I settle before treatment ? I can't stand too long, sit too long or walk that good anymore.

    The ONLY thing you should settle for is that ANY t.v. show should not have a fake laughter in the background. Like bitch if its funny im gonna laugh dont fuckin subliminally tell me when to laugh. Ill laugh when I want. And its a fuckin disturbance, they have to pause and wait for the laughter to be over before the next time. That totally takes away the realistic-ness of the show.

    I was working for a few months at some grocery store.
