I was meant to start work as a cleaner from 6am-9am cleaning up a small supermarket, I drank 2 beers before bed and smoked a J and woke up feeling really anxious about the job, thinking I'd do everything wrong won't know what to do, I decided not to go and woke up 4 hours later thinking the complete opposite. Luckily they rang me and I told them I had a migraine they said If I still want to start I still can tommorow, at moment I'm thinking yeah it won't be that bad but it's a whole different story when I first wake up. Any help please I've had 2 jobs before but never this early.
Wake up four hours earlier then you did the first time, so by the time you pass out/go back to sleep and wake up again you'll be in the right mindset and on time? Just kidding. It's a mentality you've created in your head and thus only you can sort out a solution for yourself on this bud, tips and tricks suppress the effects not the causes.
