Work out conditioning help

  1. Im looking for something new and different to add to my routine.
    like some crazy gymnist workouts hahah. using my whole body as weight.
    i do L seats and im working on doing the russian lever.
    just want to know if anyone else has any ideas?
     
  2. http://gymnasticbodies.com/ has some great articles and exercises along with a forum on exercises and exercise programs as well. I'm 19 and have been seriously lifting for the past 5 years. I got tired of just throwing iron and running, etc, so I asked a trainer in my gym who was into this stuff to teach me it, and he really got me into it. I'm about 6' 1" and 180 now very built lean muscle. I used to work out with a ironman competition trainer at my gym and i used to lift for weight I used to be 220lbs, but i still wasnt really fat, just strong(could leg press 1,200 lbs, bench 350,etc.) Its all about how you wanna train but i think it would be a good idea to pursue training along these lines, its more beneficial to your health!
