Wood frame with Poly?

Discussion in 'Grow Room Design/Setup' started by Chocolope514, Apr 16, 2012.

  1. hey guys I was wondering if it would work and actually be and effective idea.
Do I really need the plywood or sheet rock to use as walls? Or building a frame with 2x4s and stapling the poly to the frame should work too right?

Im asking this for the reason of light entering/exiting the room same with odour. Im guessing as long as a tuck everything nice and staple it up (while taping up cracks) it should be fine?

    Lol thanks in advance :smoke:

yeah, you can use just 2x4's and frame up a grow room and use panda poly. alot of people put drywall and plywood up to mount things and keep noise to a minimum. if noise isn't an issue for you then by all means fly at it.
