I have 25 babies that have been on 12/12 for going on 5 weeks although they show female they are not flowering at all any help would be greatly appreciated. They have best a parent can give don't understand?
Pictures? If you started 12/12 at seed then it'll take about 2 weeks or more for them to mature and begin to flower.

I suggest that you may have some sort of light leak if buds are not visible after 5 weeks. I would panic if I don't see major bud growth by the end of week 2 after changing to 12/12 Try turning the lights off completly for 24 hours and ensure no light is getting into your growing area during the dark period. Also make sure they get some sort of bud food that increases the P and K ratios G/L (I have grown white widow in the past and it was mature in 6-7 weeks)
