  1. What do you believe in? As in religion?

  2. Mother Cannabis is the only God I have.

  3. Im a spiritual person. I believe God is the UNIverse. God is me and you, all planets, species of life, everything in existence makes up god.

Miracles and blessings are that of the natural energies of the universe. I believe in higher dimensions, alternate planes, alternate life forms.

I believe all the major religions were given to us by another species of humanoids to direct us to the truth, but us humans with this knowledge of the truth perverted the religion to misdirect the masses and keep them on an eternal hunt.

Call me batshit crazy and insane, but those are my beliefs and im proud of them.

  4. I'm a pagan with pantheistic beliefs.

  5. I'm native American and the way drazyhaze describes what he believes is almost similar to my beliefs, but is different in some points.

    What's different?

  7. It's different by there isn't a god.

  8. First there isn't any god. Also the religion being taught by something might be true, but what I've been told is we were told to live a certain way.

  9. my balls contain the answers

  10. My beliefs most resemble a pantheistic view or even that of a deist.

  11. I'm catholic but don't follow.

  12. Well I don’t normally expect to see this kind of question on a grow sight. But you ask, so don’t complain.

First I look around and see an intelligently engineered universe. There is no way this all just happened. So if a G-d or whatever created this, I would think he, she, or it would communicate with us. Now I don’t think G-d would play silly games with us. G-d would speak to all of us not just a chosen people. So I reject Christianity, Judaism, Islam and the Hindu faiths (Buddhism is a Hindu faith). After a lot of comparative theology I have found that some common themes run through all of them.

Therefore what is common to all is what I believe. There is truth to be found in all of them, but the established church in America makes me ill. G-d said come let us reason together, if you don’t understand. Go ask a Rasta what that means. Not all Rasta are Dred’s, not all Dred’s are Rasta.

  13. To my brothers and sisters out there, let me say. “The I in me would Bow to the I in you but there is only one I in all of us. The spirit that is in you is the same spirit that gives me life.”

  14. Buddhism for the main part.

But i dont really like to nail down my beliefs to any one dogma. My beliefs are mine and are formed by my experience and perception of this world and as such cant really ever be totally defined by any established doctrine. I believe what I believe.

But there is no all mighty being that controls the universe. There is no "heaven and hell", merely an afterlife, a higher state of conciseness. Reincarnation is a fact. Karma is real.

    Yea....:smoke:

  15. I'm a mystically-leaning Jew. Was raised in Hasidic Judaism, but no longer affiliate with Hasidism

  16. I believe, that I don't know what the hell any of this is. Only that it is. I don't see a point anymore. I've been growing kinda cold lately. Thing is, I kinda like it. Tired of thinking and wonderin about the possibilities. Less stress. Less worries. Freedom. Just gonna see where this shit takes me. Tired, tired, tired.

Who told us to live a certain way? What is that way?

What common themes do you notice? Did you know if Buddhism is found to be at fault, it will adjust? What flaw do you find in Buddhism?

  18. I've been rejecting and seeking G/god for years. I fall on the side of the non-believers, though I hope I'm wrong.

Well, in the principles of the eight fold way I find no fault. But Buddhism does not try to explain creation. It came out of Hinduism and must be studied it that context to understand it. Buddhism only focuses on self-development through austerity and charity. That is a good way to relate with others but I stillneed to answer questions for myself.
The only religious views I am openly opposed to are those which tend to divide us. There is no chosen people and G-d will speak to everyone. No single source material is inerrant and complete in its self.
All commandments must be taken in context of the times. What was a good idea in a world of five and one half million, is not so good now that we have seven billion.
We all must study and find the G-d of our own understanding. G-d is in you and that same G-d is in me. The force which I call G-d created everything and is in everything.
I could be wrong but I’m pretty certain He,She, or It does not need money. Therefore when I hear things like. “If you join this church you will go to heaven, but if you don’t you are going to hell.” I stop listing and move on, end of story. [IMG]
