Withering plants.

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by Billy Squire, May 30, 2019.

  1. These plants were started indoors, but planned to be grown outdoors. I went to switch them to outdoors and put them in a small greenhouse to acclimate them to being outside. It was a cool morning but obviously got way to hot in the greenhouse. The plants have been like this for several days and watering did very little to bring them back. Thoughts and advice?

  2. Thought? They look pretty dead to me, especially the 3rd one. They look dry, hungry and look as if they were lacking light the whole time. They look like they've been neglected for too long and moved outside when they weren't ready for it.
Advice? Do more research, start over, learn from this experience, and ask questions before your plants get to this point.

  4. Hey brother. Sorry about your plants but I think they are at the point of no return. I had a few house plants die during the transition of indoor/outdoor. Sometimes they need more protection from the sunlight or they will go into shock and die.

I would try keep them in the shade next time for a couple days then gradually move them to areas of partial sun and then to full sun.

  6. I, actually, felt bad looking at those.
    That's kinda lot o' damage.

  7. They were growing fantastic before this. So it’s not for a lack of knowledge. They just got burnt to hell from the greenhouse and didn’t recover

  8. They were grown indoors. They were outside for 2 hours total
