Just make sure you don't smoke out of a bong or pipe, you'll get dry sockets and it'll fuuucking hurt. I'd stick to doing knife hits since there won't be any resistance when inhaling the smoke (if you use a 2 liter bottle)

 

I'm not a doctor, but when I got my wisdom teeth out they gave me the 5mg codein pills too, and id take 4 and smoke and I was alright (fucked up though hhaha) I wouldn't recommened oding like I did, but the pain really isn't bad. ( I didn't take the pills for pain, you do the math ) as for smoking while you have the wounds idk it could get infected, I waited to heal before I smoked at least 3 days. Like I said, I'm not a doctor so use this advice as a referance. Gl and I hope your surgery goes well!

 

Dry socket is not worth it. It can be extremely painful and potentially lead to even more serious complications!

Easy fix is to eat it, not smoke it. It's the smoking mechanic that makes it dangerous. Bong rips or joint or pipe, it's all going to be a serious risk. I know some blades who have smoked after dental surgery without complications, and i know a couple others who suffered through a severe gum infection and nearly became septic.

I'm somewhat in the same position, and have just recovered from an asthma attack.

Whatever you do, do not smoke cigs. You will get infected.

The problem with smoking is that it requires a "sucking" motion with the mouth that strains the socket areas. It's dangerous but when you feel like crap...you just wanna be high. So make some brownies

At least wait til your stitches are out, but other than that blaze all you want once the wounds heal, fuck the pills you don't need them for the pain it barely hurts just smoke ganj

 

The codeine + weed part is going to be great. The sucky part is that smoking now would probably hurt like hell; wait at least 3-4 days.

 

Don't smoke for a minimum of 2 days if you want to minimize your chances of getting a dry socket. Codeine + weed is great, but a dry socket is 10 times worse then recovering from it normally. I'd wait a week if you can do that, but if you have to smoke to it in a way where you can have minimal suction, such as a grav. I got mine out 3 days ago, and I wont be smoking til 420.

 

Don't do it dude I did it and got 3 dry sockets and that shit fuckin hurts

 

dont smoke for atleast 2-3 days USE JOINTS! and puff slowley. then 4 days you can start ripping bongs and drink threw straws and do whatever from then.

there is little to any interaction with codeine and thc.so, you should be ok. just don't overdue it.

codeine makes me nauseous as hell. I got all my wisdom teeth removed and I just took tylenol.

Eep. I feel for ya man. I cracked my bottom left wisdom tooth in half and now I'm going to have to go to a surgeon to get it out. And I have to wait till the 16th of April to do this. Can we say I'm in fucking pain?! >.< good thing I get some killer pain pills from my pain doc each month or I would be miserable. Now I'm just loopy.

But for your question, when I got my top 2 out I smoke a bong but it was a small bong that didn't require a lot of suction, And was fine.

You might want to try a small pipe or bubbler or as mentioned earlier a joint. You do run the risk of dry socket, but I think that it could be counteracted from all the liquids you'll be drinking from cotton mouth. You just have to be careful not to pop the stitches if you have any.

Not worth it man. Dry sockets = Worse than a living hell

 

I smoked the day of my operation and every day of recovery from there on. Don't smoke cigarettes, and don't fully close your mouth to inhale.. basically the act of suction is what causes dry-socket. If you can hit a joint like its the roach and just inhale off the edge of it you can smoke all day.

Alternatively, me and my friends used to help out eachother when we had our wisdom teeth out by white-walling a bong and passing it. You can't fill a bong but you can clear it without risking dry socket (assuming you do it correctly). Best of luck
