Hi, okay, so its winter here, my seeds wont germinate in soil or even water, I need help? Ive tried bagseed and seed bank seeds, what gives? I know its winter and all but still...please help?
Try germinating them in a damp folded paper towel inside a sandwich bag and keeping it inside until you see the seed germinated.
Im keeping them dark moist and warm, cant do the sandwich bag method as im not home in the day and that requires a lot of time to open and let fresh air in etc

Not necessary. I used set it up one day and let it sit untouched in the bag for 24-36 hours before I planted them. Never lost one.
