Windows 7 Ultimate keeps crashing

    Anyone know why this keeps happening? It finally stopped crashing after hours of trying to start up. Even in Safe Mode it kept crashing.

    Restoring to an earlier date didn't help. :confused:

    yea i need more info, does it give you an error code? making weird noises?

    I had the same problem. I thought it was Windows 7 Ultimate, but I think it was really my psu. I got a new one, and no problems since.

    What's it say in your event viewer?

    how much ram do u have? are u running 64?

    It was one of my RAM sticks, problem solved. :smoke:

    I used an anytime upgrade for ultimate, wouldn't even work for me. I had to get home premium.
