I have this bay window that catches about 6-7 hours of good southern exposure light. So, I came up with this little setup to exploit that a little bit. I figured that I could take advantage of the flowering hours provided by nature and see what happens. The window sits high so no one can see in. The whole setup is on wheels as well just in case I have to hide it in the closet. One or two plants should give me a nice a little crop in a few months. tc gm714
i dont want to seem pickie but i thought the whole idea of a scrog was to make the most of a small light by keeping all the buds the same distance from the light to make the most of it. and when growing in sunlight the sun is so strong that it doesnt need to b trained as it lights the whole plant. personaly m8 i think ud do better just lettin the plants grow normal and turning them once or twice a day. that wud give u more and bigger bud sites. bay windows r gr8 for growin in, last 1 i done i put a sideboard with the back painted white behind the plant to reflectd a bit of light to the shaded part and hide it from the meter reader and it done smashing. got 12oz off two small thai cross plants which i was happy with. i did tie the tops down to stop them peaking over the window which helped to bush them out a bit but that was all i did do apart from chuck a bit of water at them and feed them now and then.
