Wilting Branch

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by GroTrees, May 31, 2006.

  1. I have a branch coming out of the near bottom of my plant that up until yesterday had 5 sets of leaves in it, 3 of the sets were wilting, one was good, and one set was jus developed and healthy, im wondering if this is coincidence or something wierd because on the whole 3 foot plant there are maybe 2 other sets of wilting leaves and those i think i know why they are depressed. my question is is there something wrong with this branch, should i jus cut it off, i ended up cutting off the 3 sets that were wiliting in hopes of new healthy growth, but im wondering if there isnt more to the picture that im missing . . .

  2. So you are saying that the whole plant is fine except for this one branch that is wilting? If that is the case examine the branch closely and I think you will find that somewhere on it, it has snapped or been damaged.
