Will Washington Courts Follow CA?

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by OldManGreen, Jan 25, 2010.

  1. Prop 215 had no limits set. Voted in by Ca residents.

I-692 had no limits set. Voted in by Wa residents.

Ca ruled lawmakers could not change this law that was passed on by public.

    What will Wa do?

Do they have the right to overrule VOTERS in Washington State who passed this law I-692?

    Lets send them a message....

No you have NO RIGHT to change our VOTE!
