a plant was givin to me by a freind its about 2 feet tall and in veg state . its wasin horrid condition at my freinds house in small pot and givin tap wateri dont know how many time per waatering.looked pretty healthy tho some dried up leave and a lil droopy.it was in some dirt that i have no clue where it came from. the dirt was also full of small centipede lookin bugs so i bought some premix soil and a nice pot i then took the plant from old pot dirt and all and washed off all the dirt and bugs and got it all off and it had decsent root system , i then gently planted it in the new pre mix dirt i bought , gave it a watering and put it under 2 42watt daylight cfls in my 3x3x9 closet painted white withan exhaustfan and a oscilating fan inside tems are 75f hum is 50-60.i did this transplant like a week ago and the plant is still nice n grreen and is growing new leave from the top but all of the stems are purple i dont know hwy and i dont know what this means , plz help .. will this plant live?

In addition to temps causing purple, some cannabis strains have a definite grape cast to parts of the plant. The other cause of purple is phosphate deficiency. Anyway, from your description, you did all the right stuff. If you're getting new growth and the leaves look healthy, you're good to go.
you made my day man thx ,the bigger fan leaves are still kinda droopy the new leave not so much droppy , im watering every 2 days with poland spring and its premix soil im gonn aget 4 more 42w cfls daylights ans then a 250w hps for flowering i still dont have a ph tester or liquid nutes that my im using a mild pre mix soil. i hope it works it and it showd sex its a girl i just hope she pulls thru that for the help me
more new growth at the top of the plant, and some at the main stem , the big fan leave are still droopy as hell but the new growth it vibrant and standing up nicely , i thinkthis plant maay be ok but not sure yet , 1 question if the purple stems are potaasium def will the pre mix soil help it since the oil soil prolly had no nutes at all in it?
Well, for one thing, DROOP often signals overwatering, so every two days is probably too much, depending on its size. Hard to say if there's enough juice in the soil or not. Best to monitor, and if it gets worse, you may have to add some nute juice.
