My plant seems to be growing strong in my outdoor(florida) sandy soil I have in the pot. But it began flowering and I heard the quality of the soil can affect the harvest. So I bought some good quality soil and grabbed about 4 big handfuls from the bag and put it on top of the soil then I watered the plant in hopes that the top soil makes it down to the roots. Will this even make a difference?
