    Not a real "high" but even a tiny bit of MJ is all you need for a buzz of sorts.

    Be efficient, make sure the kief isn't sucked in and you use a bong.

    Get it out of the way though orelse that's just wasting your day.

    if you smoke cigs, take some tobacco out and throw enough for one hit in a pipe. Put the kief on top of it and and you will be high.
