the HPS looks alright but the halogen is a no no really I dont even like anything less than 400 watts www.insidesun.com unless its floros but thats for seedlings/clones
na man dont use a flood light if you have limited space... I have a small wardrobe (bout 3-4ft tall, 2ft wide) and i used one of these powerful floodlights on my absolute first plant (few months ago), it put off far too much heat and burnt my plant within the first 30mins i had it turned on - pretty big risk of starting a fire in your house also... unless you have a growing room, with tons of space, don't use one
im on my first plant too man, i also had weak lights on mine for the first month after the were sprouted. i now did some research and have 2 45 watt twisted cfls on my plant that put off 2900 luems. theyre working great and they were 13.99 each at canadian tire
