are those floodlights??? if so no man not at all , look into HID lighting such as metal halide and high pressure sodium, if u dont have alot of space or money cuz they're exspensve and get really hot in confined spaces without proper ventilation, look into fluorescents or compact fluorescents
you can use tose floodlights as ballasts/mounting hardware and put the appropriate cfls into that setup. If you want hps,hid or mh lights you will need a special ballast however.
