You however, will not reek. Weed smell never really seems to stick to me anyhow, unless it's skunk. Some people trip about it way more than they should!

 

So long as no smoke gets on your clothes in the bathroom, you wont smell like weed after the shower, especially if you wait to brush your teeth after you've toked.

Whether or not people in your house will smell it depends more on ventilation than steam. Steam itself will have little to no effect on the smell.

 

Yo! I used to do it before i whent to work, "customer service at an tire shop" but then i always felt like ecery body was looking @ me funny! Then one day that another coworker passed by me and did a double take! And told me that i reaked like bong water! Nah all good, I just popped it in because the OP specified "hot shower" rather than just "shower", so I assumed they might in fact be wondering if steam played a role.
