   i just put in my seeds in my pots 2 days ago and they are ready to grow but now i see there is rain in teh forcast in my area, is it a problem if the plants get alot of rain right at the beginning of their growth?

   they should be alright. just make sure the soil has good drainage so your plants dont get flooded.
