     MY 1000WATT BALLAST BURNT OUT!! I AM ORDERING A NEW ONE TODAY,AS SOON AS YOU GUYS REPLY MY QUESTIONS..LOL 1.WILL THEY SURVIVE BY WINDOW WITH JUST NATURAL LIGHT? 2. MY BURNT BALLAST WAS (PF>0.97) AND THE NEW ONE THAT I AM LOOKING TO BUY IS (PF>0.99) .. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE AND WILL IT WORK ?
