Well I know I'm going to pass because I haven't smoked marijuana in months. My last job did a background on me but the arrest didn't show up & it came back clean but I'm still nervous. Will this job deny me employment since I wasn't convicted? And will it show up on my background check?
Depends on the job...Military and high security jobs have a different background check, and it does show up on their background check. Anything else I doubt they would even give a shit if they could see it.
