I found a LED 45 what 600 lumens bulb at home depot. in a small space will this work plan to use hydro for med. cant order on net
maybe for a little while and thats a big maybe, will def not work for the longterm. If you want your plant to be able to thrive i would suggest using CFLs, compact fluorescent, as you can grow pretty well with them. Check out the CFL grow guide http://forum.grasscity.com/general-indoor-growing/122824-kamels-cfl-guide.html as you will be much happier and get much better results by using CFLs instead of LED
yes leds will work and they can work better then cfl and sometimes mh depending on how many leds you have. im in the process of setting up a led grow tent. i've done alot of research into leds with my marine aquarium and have found that you get better color and growth from your corals under led lighting. not bud i know but im working on the same principles. and a plus is led light is low watt so u can go under the radar thats a plus in my books. youtube it!
