Will I pass a drug test? HELP

    So this is just another "Will I pass?" thread.
    I recently moved and need a job. Ive been smoking about a a gram, maybe an eighth at the most every weekend for the past 6 months. every once in awhile i would skip a weekend. Last time i smoked was April 28th. I am pretty slim with a pretty high metabolism. 145 lb at 5'11.
    how long do you guys think until i will be clean? When should i start applying to jobs?
    Also what happens if i fail a drug test to get the job? do they tell any future employers?
