My new beans went into solos today. I'll be doing 10 3 gallons in the 5x5. But I'll be upgrading to the HLG600 to flower them. So they will be vegging under 3 autocobb55's and a kingLed1200 in a 3x3 until the floweing girls finish. I'm thinking about only doing a 30-45 day veg for them and then dunking them into 12/12. They will get topped and lst'd. Strains Barneys Farm - LSD Barneys Farm - Critical Kush I really hope I can get atleast 24 ounces total off of these 6 plants that are floweing now. I feel like less than a pound and a half is a failure with my setup.
Yall know how It goes, around week 4 flowering they really kick into full gear, and every day is better and better. Lights on about an hour ago, took a few pics. The smells are Incredible. Trich production is full throttle now too.
I decided to schwazz/do a heavy defoliation on 1 of the 4 plants. I picked the bushiest/smallest one. Curious to see how it performs in comparison to the other 3. P

Day 33 of 12/12, so I'm assuming by averages I'm about half way through flowering. Give or take a week or 2. I cant wait for these to be done so I can focus on the new rotation. I learned more from this grow than any other grow. And I'm ready to apply that knowledge to a new group of ladies! On to the plants The girlscout crack is one of the best looking I have and biggest. I only have one though. 3x jack herrer 2x blueberry 1x girlscout crack Lights just came on so I snapped a pic. They look amazing. Just not as big as I was hoping. I think maybe they got stunted for a week or 2 from transplant or from heavy defoliation.. not sure. But either way some incredible plants. I really hope I get atleast a pound at this point. I don't think ill be anywhere near 2 pounds, but its not impossible I suppose. Ps: I have 5x critical kush and 5x LSD that have popped up out of the solo cups. I'm going to only veg those as long as my flowering plants take to finish and then put those 10 in my 5x5 and flower them in 3 gallon pots. So that will be 10 plants in 3 gallon pots with a 30~ day veg. My rotation aft that will be focusing on autos. I'm pretty sold on the Dinafem Moby Dick Auto XXL. And think I'll run those soon. Were really blowing up over here. I still think a 1.5 pound yield is possible. I mean I've looked at others plants this size and seen them clear 5 ounces per. So I know its possible! Anyways just snapped a pic

Yeah, I think I will be happy with it. What are your temps inside the tent? And how are you exhausting the tent ?
Honestly the summer has been killing me I went up to 84 on the worst day a couple weeks ago. But really the tent only gets about 5 degrees hotter with the lights on. It's just been hot where I'm at. I'm back down to 79-80 as it cools off I'll get back down to 76. But yeah basically just add about 5 degrees to your ambient temp thats probably where you'll be at. Also you want to make sure to remote mount your drivers!! It helps a lot with heat. If you kept your drivers in the tent it would probably be way hotter P
My HPS gets max 86, but usually is 82-84 And that's with my AC having to be on constantly which is not good. Also I cant put the light much closer and I feel like it needs to be. I'm kind of worried about putting the led together as I've never done it before I'm hoping its not difficult.
Yeah if you don't have electrical experience it can be intimidating just do your research beforehand PM me if you have any questions. I bought some wire and waygos off Amazon to extend the leads from the board to the driver and remote mounted them onto a concrete beam that runs through my basement. You want to mount them on something that won't catch fire...concrete or metal or something. I used heat resistant zip ties P
Hmm, I'm trying to think what I could possibly mount the driver on. I watched a few YouTube vids. Wiring it up doesnt seem to difficult.
