So my old P.O was cool with me smoking he just told me to stop when a test a coming up. But I just recently got a new one and my probation is coming to an end my new p.o seems pretty chill, my probation is over on the 27th of next month and he told me come back on the 26th so when I go back will I be tested?
No one knows, but probably yeah. Depends why you're on probation, and if your new PO is actually cool. I say don't risk it, but you can always just ask. They'll violate you at their discretion, so if your crime wasn't drug related they'll probably help you out, you'd at least like a heads up. Just don't say anything about your last one not violating you, you could cause unneeded shit. Also, your system might work differently than the ones I've heard about. I've never been on probation but a lot of friends have. It was different in every situation.
