Will I get drug tested?

    A while back I was caught speeding. I received a ticket and since it's my first offense, I can ask for probation so that it doesn't go on my record and affect my insurance. I have a court date and everything but I have heard that drug testing might be involved. Is this true? And if so, what kind of drug test do they usually administer and what can I do to pass it? Also what happens if I don't pass.

    Again...Yes, at court they will have a room set aside specifically to test you for a completly unrelated charge.

    ...Is common sense that difficult to muster?
