    if you smoke once if you were clean before that, you would be clean in 3-7 days if you stay hydrated (for most people who have good metabolism etc)

    Well before the brownie I only smoked 2-3 times a month

    Alright, I wouldn't consider myself a "heavy smoker". I think the most days i've done it in a row is 2 or 3 haha
