    Hmm... I wonder. Does private property (owning what other people need to live and in a position and with the willingness to sell it to them if the price is right) enforced by a nation-state sound like a possibility?

    Nah... it couldn't be the same nation-state that protects marijuana smokers.

    Hmm... a-fucking-men. Maybe we could stop killing rats, mice, and monkeys while we're at it too.

  2. No, some countries are so impoverished that they do not have the funds for farm equipment, the knowledge to keep the farms running, or the natural resources for a farm to even work.
