Why your job blows

I get no respective and work for minimum wage. Theres also basically zero chance of moving up the corperate ladder.

 

I work with my friend for his dad. Were diesel mechanics so every job we do rakes us 250-1500 or more. Engine jobs are like 3k+ sometimes. Well were still in training so were getting paid under the table. Do about 3-8 jobs a day depending on what they are. Engines usually take a few days. Anyways why it sucks dick is because while were making this bastard 25k+ a month, he pays us no more than 300 a week. Basically I stuck myself in this shit job and don't really have anywhere else to go at this point. I'm trying to save what little fucking cash I can and before too long I'm outta here. Been here about half a year expecting it to get better as we learn more but its not. I'm thinking north Carolina.

Yeah im preety much at that point... Id be happy with preety much any job... Except door to door or commission jobs.. I just want a steady paying job.

Yeah and that's hard to find in CA at the moment...

 

Cause the a/c isn't working and it's like 115 in there... Soaked head to toe in sweat all day trying to figure out why the compressors won't kick on.. Now, I gotta clean up all my paraphernalia laying around and get an ac guy in there... Other than that, my job is cake.

Because the management team [which I am a part of] don't do their jobs.

 

People I front not being able to pay it back, I hate that list.

 

Stubborn clients that don't have the slightest fucking clue what they're talking about.

 

i sit and talk about music all day... oh woe is work it oppresses my very moral fiber.. you see im mormon, and we do not allow music, or any other creative artform... but the world is tough so i work with the enemy taking home games every night, buying poster 30% off...fuckin bullshit i tell ye

only fun part is the post office, old angry hags worried about a package they havent gotten yet.... we only ship out i told her, dont give me that administrative bullshit where is it she said

also we get the occasional crackwhore run through once had a dude in had a thumb sized hole on his cheek... he was fucking picking at it.... shoulda sprayed it with Lysol
