Why we humans will never evolve as a species

  2. Evolution's just shit changing over time. We're not on any "level" of evolution higher than anything else. Anyways, the rate at which people are settling elsewhere and intermarrying with the new local population is still miniscule compared to the rate at which people are either basically staying in the same general part of the world where they're born or marrying into their same or similar ethnic group. Nowhere near enough to ensure a random genetic distribution from now to until we go extinct.

    We'll evolve. Just because nobody can predict how doesn't mean it's not gonna happen.
