So far I was correct on the EU ref and Trump winning the nominee I wasn't sure if he was gunna be the next president but right now looking into his rise to power I'm pretty confident now. This guy is betting $2400 on Trump being the next president. Almost a year before he said he would dominate the republican nominee never mind win along with others including Scott Adams who was studying him and all were 100% correct. Mind you he isn't gunna vote for him that's how confident he is. Watch his other videos holy shit this guy knows his stuff wow knows a lot about sociology and business as well. He also did other breakdowns on previous presidents and why they won "You need the simplest version of the idea to grow naturally in your subjects mind. It's a very subtle art" Scott Adams predicted almost a year ago he would win the republican nominee "by a landslide" and was 100% correct same goes for the others Not exactly the same thing but relevant and makes a lot of sense I think a lot of people are gunna commit suicide in November Brb gunna put a 4 figure bet in.
lol did you give your own thread 5 stars? I don't think I could ever risk losing $2400, even if the chances of me winning were like .. 95%. The guy obviously wants Trump to win, and is soaking himself in a bucket of confirmation bias.
Then again, betting is about getting money, not the result you might necessarily want, in the absence of such a bet.
No the guy doesn't even like Trump he even says so and he's not gunna vote either. Tbh he sounded he liked Obama more when he did a breakdown on him
Yep that's why I'm gunna win another bet. I said we would leave the EU everyone thought I was wrong but I was correct if you study and look into it in detail.
Well, the EU was a coin flip. People were googling 'what is the European Union' 2 days after Brexit .. and lots of people regretted. lol
Considering the people who mainly go on the internet are mainly millennials which a huge majority did vote in. I think the 60+ years old people were just lying on their bed while stupid people aged 18-24 were protesting against democracy with no clue how stupid they look
This is the type of people that voted to stay in Guy get's angry for no reason "Name 3 reasons why you love the EU" can't name one Can't name 1 MEP despite "loving the EU" No clue at all
"You need the simplest version of the idea to grow naturally in your subjects mind. It's a very subtle art" Actually this works on anyone dumb or smart if you paid attention why
Don't think he's ever persuaded me. If anything, the more I listen to his speeches, the more I want to defend Muslims and Mexicans, and wave a communist flag, while worshiping diversity and multiculturalism like a religious fundamentalist. Simplicity just makes it easier for people to know what you're all about. If I'm selling an iPhone, I'm not going to go into details about how the microchips were built, which factories they came from, what conditions the factory workers have laboured in, etc. If I'm selling an iPhone, I have to explain to the customer what exactly it is about my iPhone, that is different from all other iPhones, and why they will benefit from buying my iPhone. Same with YouTube videos. If a YouTuber makes a video about how to make Cheese, and then goes on a rant about how he spent the whole day repairing his car and having sex with his wife, people will just click on another video. Thanks to Trump's simplicity, it is easier for me to know what he's all about, and what he intends to do. e.g. 'I'm gonna build a Waaaaall...' With Hillary of course it's more of a pain in the ass, because she just starts talking political jargon whenever she gets asked a simple question. Then again, that doesn't make Trump's speeches more intelligent. Maybe for lower class uneducated people, but not for scientists, engineers, CEOs of powerful corporations, etc. I don't think the intellectuals will appreciate Trump's simplicity.
Wtf are you on about? Your comparison with an Iphone doesn't make sense I don't know what the hell are you trying to say? He was also the same person who said he would dominate the republican nominee and another one who did as well who was very good with sociology. No one thought he was gunna win but what a big surprise and it's gunna be even bigger in the final election.
Trump wasn't the cause of his own victory, he's merely a symptom of it. You only need to look at the political climate of a country in order to be able to predict the success of certain leaders. Trump's campaign would never work here .. people here are too politically correct. They don't even show many political debates on TV at all.. everybody just assumes that the Conservatives are the shit, and that anything other than the Conservatives will result in the destruction of the country.
Errr if I recall I'm sure New Zealand doesn't share borders with Mexico so if he mentioned about building a wall no one would care. If you want to win you need to adapt to your environment.
We have a similar phenomenon happening here with Asians. They don't come illegally, but they're literally everywhere. You will never, ever .. see a white New Zealander owning a dairy shop, a fish and chip takeaway, etc. Discount shops, supermarkets and warehouses are also full of foreigners, mainly Indians and Asians. Then again, we've embraced foreign Asian influence, rather than being ashamed of it. Airports, government buildings, schools, etc. all have sign writing in Chinese and Korean. We have Chinese supermarkets. .. aisles dedicated to Chinese food within ordinary supermarkets. You can learn Japanese and Chinese in high school.
"Legal" I don't think Trump mentioned anything about deporting legal Asians he only said "illegal immigrants" and plus I see no one complaining about Asians not even when I was living in Australia last year in Melbourne which has a lot more asians being 20% of the cities population. I also don't see them lowering the wage and taking blue collar jobs either soon they either have their own business hiring other people or working at some high class job
Maybe to feed one person not a family and also who the hell wants to live on minimum wage for the rest of their life? Australia is pretty expensive to live in with Sydney being one of the most expensive cities to live in the world. Melbourne wasn't much cheaper either when I was looking for places to rent
Nobody wants to live on minimum wage, however, that will always be a reality for quite a big group of people within any capitalistic society. Then again, if people's needs are met, they naturally become happier. When people are happy, they're more productive. It only becomes a problem when markets are over-regulated and restricted. This is why I'd much rather swap the minimum wage for a basic income. With basic income, business owners aren't punished.... rather, every single citizen foots the bill, and so whatever side-effects may come about, are distributed evenly throughout the entire population.
Hold on what do you mean? As in "here's your free stuff don't work" god that is lazy as shit if that's the case. Chavs already prefer to live on welfare so that would be like a wet dream to them
