Why my plants are short and bushy ? (4th day of flowering)

    Hi guys.
    first of all its my first time grow,but i did lots of reading.

    My plants are germinated from seed on may 20. and they are almost 9 weeks old.
    also today is the 4th day of flowering.(i started counting after flip to 12/12)

    Lightning Shedule : 12/12
    Lights : 450w Led ( 1/4 ratio blue/red ).
    Light distance from plant : 12inches
    Relative humidity : %30 to %40
    Temprature : 77-88 ( mostly 80-81 ) fahreniet


    Plant 1 - Regular soil grow
    Strain: OG KUSH FEMINIZED SEED
    Soil : 5lt Compo Sana Universal Potting Soil & 15lt BioBizz All Mix
    Age : almost 9 week old.
    Nutrients : Flora Nutrients ( Micro - Gro - Bloom )
    Watering Shedule : half gallon for every 3 or 4 day(when its dry).
    Water : 350 ppm(base 70) , PH 6.0 (not checking for 2 weeks,my ph meter is broken)
    Pot : 19lt Smart Pot
    Height : 10 inch with lst

    --

    Plant 2 - Top Fed Dwc Grow
    Strain: Orginal Amnesia Haze Feminized​
    Bucket : 19lt Dwc Bucket with air and water pump.
    Water : 450 ppm(base 70).
    Nutrients : Flora Nutrients ( Micro - Gro - Bloom )
    Age : almost 9 week old.
    Height : 9.8 inch without lst but i topped this plant 3 times

    so are they look normal? because they look really small to me.

    Do i get a good yield from them?
    any suggestions will be appreciated.

    They look healthy.

    They will get 2-3 times bigger over the next 3-4 weeks.

    If there indicas or indica dom there known for staying short and bushy

    Stay on top of your ppm and pH. They look healthy to me at a distance.

    1 of them is indica(og) dominant and other one is sativa(amnesia) and they have same height :D

    correct me if I wrong but if i get longer stem does it mean i will get longer bud?


    i fixed my ph meter today.(I learned i must calibrate it every 50th usage),now ph is 5.3 and ppm is 450 in dwc.
    should i go for bigger values?

    It really depends on the strain for example jah kush is known for really long fat colas where as strawberry cough puts out golf ball sized nugs all over the place. both can get extremely leggy and tend to grow to about the same hight. The ones i grow are ~6.5-7 ft by 2 ft for the jahs and ~6.5-7.5 ft by 3 ft for the coughs. They grow under a PL system DE 1000W HPS.
