hard to tell without much info. ....I'd lean towards underwatered, rootbound, or possibly root bugs. When my plants get that look it's usually one of those 3 things. total guesses though.

What are your temps? Are there a lot of fans blowing on them? Could be over transpire or wind whipped both will dry plants too fast Sprouting since 77 and I still remind myself "it's a weed just let it grow"
