why is the white radical keep growing?

    the seed is already at the plastic glass with the soil medium, there is bag over like the germenetion 402 thread says..it keep getting out of the soil and i put soil abit soil on it and it keep getting up and up , but no green cotyledons...

    Take the bag off and leave it alone for 48 hrs. You should see something then.
