Why is the support team so slow even after reply?

  1. i've submitted a complaint about a broken item, who ever who was who saw the complaint email me back asking me to send me to send him the pictures i sent him the pictures the 21st and i still got no response so... what am i suppose to do now? i'm looking for an answer like we're on it or we're not on it i just wanna know if my complaint is being taken care of or not

    You sent it two days ago. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not even out of the country. Chill, man. Give it at least 5 business days.

    I misunderstood the intial post entirely... It was pretty ill-written, in my own feeble-defense.
     
  3. You more than likely haven't received a response because you sent the message at the end of the weekend/the beginning of the week. I'm sure the support team is busy getting caught up on support requests sent over the weekend.
