The country needs to believe that certain things are moral and certain things are immoral. Without common enemies like potheads and prostitutes, who are all the bible bashers supposed to blame for their problems while they beat their wives and children?
It's not good for the international public image of 'America'. Were still representing the 'greatest country on earth' , 'land of opportunity' bullshit. But if prostitutes were highly addictive and generated tons of revenue while growing more addicts than its loosing...we'd probably have a good excuse for it.

lol, who do you suppose does all this over night while it is illegal, this is capitalism, first it needs to be signed into law before they can tax it and even when it is taxable it will be just like marijuana, regulated, but either grown domestically or sold domestically.
