why is my weed sweet?

    I smoked a new strain today and when I inhaled it was very earthy but when I exhaled it tasted sweet. Why does it change flavors like that and why does it taste sweet?

    different strains have different terpenes. Terps are responsible for the flavors in cannabis. This is why some strains like Grape Stomper have a slight grape taste. Stay Educated, and Stay Medicated. :)

    There's a lot of sweet weed out there, and some of it can be really sweet. Enjoy it! The subtle taste differences between strains is part of the enjoyment. The sweetest I've had was a pineapple something. I used it exclusively for vaping because it tasted amazing that way. I've also had a lemon kush that smelled and tasted exactly like a nice tea. Honestly, if I hadn't bought it from a dispensary in bud form, I would've thought someone was trying to pass tea off as weed. Great high and an odd smoke. Would buy again.

    Due to terpenes and such, herb can taste like a lot of things, resembling it to a T, even. I've had shit that I swear tasted identical to Baja Blast when you exhaled it. Blueberry Pie, a petrified Skunk, Laundry detergent, coffee, you name it. One of the coolest things.
