Why is my plant yellowing?

    My plant is about four days old and it is yellowing on one of the leaves, is this because of over watering? Thats the only thing I can think of. Any advice appreciated!

    What soil are you using?

    Too early to tell.

    But I wouldnt worry too much about it as you should keep an eye on new growth.

    Im using the jiffy starter mix, and yeah i do see new growth. The yellowing hasnt spread in the last 24 hours so i suppose thats good. Its got to be either over watering or overheating, I have a 2700k cfl right on the guy, about half an inch above. Is that too close?

    To close and wrong light. You want 6500k daylight 2700k is for veg.

    Buy a 6500k and youll have a balanced spectrum, btw i think it is the jiffy mix. Could be wrong tho.
