Maybe thats a dumb question...but I've noticed that they sell hookahs, vaporizers, and normal smoking pipes. They even sell grinders! its where I got mine but I'm just wondering if anybody knows, mostly curious.
Cause all that you mentioned can be used for both tobacco and "other" substances, but bongs are straight forward, even when its manufacturer says its for tobacco use only. Drug paraphernalia is another hateful phrase made by hateful people enforced by cowardly companies, oh well.
You're right, that makes a lot more sense now. I just think its dumb that they are able to sell all that stuff, not to mention all the weird ass questionable things like porn and other unmentionables...yet they cant sell glass, hmm.

Never listed as bongs, or even waterpipes, they are always listed as hookah or smoking utensil or some shit like that, very hard to find. Etsy, craigslist or ioffer have some, though I cant vouch for any other than etsy.
criagslist around me has some stuff from philly like sports put on the end of small pipes very well done i might add but thats it sometimes a bong though
^ you get no protection like ebay's paypal's buyer protection money back thinggy, so its based mostly on trust. Since I don't trust anyone or anything, I never tried it.
I know people who used ioffer no problems... You just are safe about it... Wow i wish i could find this one add... So short story, first person buys and pays, writes wall messages never got it, etcc... month later another person on the same wall, buys and pays, even though the first person reported no item... Yes another 2 months later, 2 more people buy it... Fkcingu hilarious!!!
