I have purchased different brands of vape carts but I usually stick to the same strains / varieties. But none of them taste the same, like 3chi fruity pebbles tastes different than Flying Monkey fruity pebbles. I'm just curious as to why Sent from my SM-G781U1 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I'm not convinced that unscrupulous individuals are above selling vapes (or seeds) that have a label applied with no guarantee of what they actually are. Caveat Emptor.
What bag boy said. But also keep in mind companies may take a strain (northern lights lets say) and breed another trait into it to make their version of the strain stand out a little more, thus possibly accounting for some of the variance across multiple products containing (supposedly) the same strain.
Easy peasy..........different Phenos have different smells/flavors etc. Like they getting taller or bushier or what ever......That is probaly the main reason. The dring process are different. The next reason is probably the extraction method.
If live resin terps then yeah different phenos or even a strain with the same name but not really the same genetics (it happens, many breeders "strains" are gonna be actual different genetics than others). And if they're added terps then they simply can add different ones in different quantities.
