why do poeple say "..if that makes any sense" always after they smoked? Is it that you cant understand what you're saying when you're high but other people can?
it's better than saying some whack-ass shit 'cause you're real toasted, and then having everyone looking at you like "...the fuck are you talkin about?" by saying it, you're just acknowledging the possibility that you might make no fucking sense
