Why do people say weed today is more potent and think its a bad thing?

    i always hear people saying " this isnt the marijuana your parents were smoking" and that its more potent... isnt this a good thing? it just means you have to smoke less to get high :p

    Propaganda points out the increased potency to portray that its twice as dangerous. Its all bullshit.

    Well it is true..shit back then was like 5-10% or so I've heard haha..
    But either way, you gotta see it like they do. Not sure how they see it but..just see it man.

    This is actually a lie. Marijuana is exactly the same as it was back then, just it looks better now cuz we cure it. But marijuana is NOT anymore potent than it was back then

    Prohibitionists often like to assosicate the dangers of weed with the dangers of alcohol. Of course the more potent the alcohol the more dangerous it becomes in terms of consumption. They like to say "Well, the difference between an 8oz bottle of beer and an 8oz glass of Jack Daniels." Would be something similar to smoking brown schwag then smoking some FIRE.


    It's all bullshit really.
