When I add nutes, I stir them up, Do i stir alot ? But whenever I add nutes to my dwc bucket My roots have this dirt like material on them. Should I just flush the bucket and add no nutes ?
If you're mixing nutes right in the dwc bucket, could be concentrated nute stuff on them. I'd pull a quart of water out of the bucket, mix the nutes in that quart, then pour it back in the bucket.
Adding a 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide to your bucket once a week will help keep the roots healthy and oxygenated and eliminate "dirt" or build-up.
And hydrogen peroxide can be found almost anywhere most likely in your kitchen or bathroom cabinets big brown bottle.
